Rolls beef po-kupecheski
I really like the pre-revolutionary kitchen in Moscow. Here's another recipe.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Cheese sausage

    300 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    2 g

  • Vegetable oil

    10 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Green bell pepper

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Cilantro

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Add chopped garlic and cilantro, stir. The filling for the rolls is ready.
