Carrot cake
Juicy, sweet, airy cake with chocolate flavour! Very easy to prepare and will delight your guests and home! This is a favorite cake of my husband, he one day eats)))

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    8 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 can

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

In a large bowl mix the grated carrots and the flour.

In a smaller bowl, beat with a mixer eggs, sugar, cocoa powder and slaked soda.

Pour the contents into the carrot-flour mixture. Carefully mix, using a mixer is better.

Pour liquid batter into the pan, the laid parchment. Put in a well-heated oven and bake for 10-15min at a temperature 220g,20-30min at a temperature of 180 gr and 5-10min at a minimum. Allow to cool the cake in the oven. That's what we get!

Cut the cake into three parts, each oiling with condensed milk. I used one jar, so the cake turned out too dry-lacked for abundant lubrication.

Give a few hours and it is more to give the cake a good soak. Our cake is ready!
