Tart with plums and almonds
Tart with plums and almonds — a delicious dessert. Very tender with a slight acidity.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Drain

    350 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the softened butter, 1 egg and brown sugar from the Mistral.

Add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder.

Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For almond filling, mix ground almonds (previously cleaned and dried in the oven or microwave), 1 egg, sugar and cream.

Roll out the dough on baking paper and transfer to a form, forming the sides.

Put the halves drain and fill with the almond mixture.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. The finished cake sprinkle with almonds and powdered sugar.
