That is peach, not peaches, because the dough contains as much as half a kilo of these aromatic fruits. The wet cake has a delicate structure and unique taste

Ingredients

  • Peach

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

Cooking

From peaches to remove seeds and using a blender grind into a puree. Add the eggs and cane sugar

Stir with a whisk. Add soft margarine and mix again

Add soda and gradually add flour. Get a dough consistency resembling thick cream. Put into a form and bake about an hour at 175 degrees
