Cooking
Flour take not only rye, but also oatmeal. Kefir is better to use sourer.
Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add oat bran in it, mix and allow to stand for a bit to swell.
Green onions wash and finely chop.
Add onions to the yogurt with bran. Add the rye flour and oatmeal, salt and soda. Mix well and fry pancakes in small amount of vegetable oil on both sides.
Serve with sour cream and good humor.
