Spicy pumpkin sauce
There are numerous recipes that include pumpkin. I suggest you to cook this wonderful vegetable spicy sauce that will enrich and complement the meatless meals.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Onion and Apple to shred. Ginger and garlic RUB on a small grater.

Pumpkin cut into small pieces.

Fry in vegetable oil onion, ginger, garlic, Apple and lemon zest for 5 minutes. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, toasted in advance in a dry pan pepper and coriander seeds. Pour soy sauce (I have a natural sauce TM Kikkoman). Add water (about 50-100 ml), depending on the juiciness of an Apple and pumpkins. The pan cover with a lid and simmer vegetables for 20 minutes.

Vegetables ready to blend. If necessary, add more soy sauce. Cooked sauce suited to legumes, potatoes and baked vegetables.
