Washed, towel dried pig rubbed with lemon juice, especially inside.
Next, the pig is rubbed with salt and seasoning for "roasting pork".
Coated with mayonnaise and leave to marinate for 5 hours.
Pickled pig fit on a baking tray, belly down. Ears and legs are wrapped with foil to not burnt.
The pan with the pig placed in the oven at t=220 deg for 2.5 - 3 hours. Periodically watered with the separated juice.
Prepared pig served with boiled potatoes.
