Chicken meatballs with feta and pesto
I love meatballs and often they are prepared, laid out among the recipes there is more than one version of this dish. Today I want to share another.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Feta

    120 g

  • Pesto

    3 Tbsp

If you want the meatballs were more dietary, cook the minced chicken (I was a), because in the finished store ground beef contains not only red meat but also the skin.

Add to the minced finely chopped parsley and chopped garlic.

Add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Mix well.

For the filling, mash feta with a fork and mix with the pesto.

Molded meatballs: take a piece of minced meat, flatten into a pancake, in the center, place about 1 teaspoon filling.

Close up the edges and formed into a ball.

Put the meatballs in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 200° oven for 20-25 minutes.
