Description
Banana bread - a typical representative of American cuisine. Although, as for me, the name is quite bland for such a wonderful cakes. And this bread is really amazing: without a gram of cocoa, but dark brown color; only 2 spoons of sugar, but very sweet. And very spicy, hearty and incredibly flavorful. Go - you will not regret!!!

Cooking
Bananas grind in a blender until smooth.
Add the vegetable oil, cinnamon and ginger. Stir.
Wash the raisins, nuts grind (I did in blender of nut flour). Added to the batter. Stir.
Add the sifted flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and oatmeal. Stir until smooth.
A baking pan covered with parchment. Spread the batter, even out. Put in a preheated 180ºC oven for 40 min.
The finished bread cool in the form. Then take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
