Chicken fillet with eggplant
Chicken with eggplant in the gravy turns out juicy, fragrant, delicate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

Chicken fillet cut into pieces.

Add soy sauce TM Kikkoman Teriyaki.

Then add the starch.

Stir chicken in marinade and leave for 20 minutes.

Eggplant cut into strips, salt and leave for a while, then drain the separated juice.

Onions and garlic are cut at random.

On a heated pan with vegetable oil put the onion and garlic.

After 2 minutes, add the fillet. Cook, stirring, for a few minutes.

Then put into the pan the eggplant, mix well, fry until soft.

Then add the water, pepper, simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
