Now is the season for mushrooms and I want to buy you a fragrant and tasty bread! Very simple recipe with which to handle even a beginner cook! Come, treat!

Dried mushrooms to soak in water and leave overnight.

The water from the mushrooms drain, slightly squeeze the mushroom from water. Cut into pieces.

In a large bowl, mix chopped mushrooms, beef, onion, garlic, parsley, marjoram, cumin, salt, egg, flour and breadcrumbs. Mix well by hand.
