Vegetable pudding
These puddings are best cooked in portion forms, or in muffins cups, 2 – 3 per serving. I really like this vegetable dish is hearty and at the same time easy. Often, many are thinking what to cook out of the vegetables. Try this recipe, I think you will like!

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    175 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Olive oil

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The products required. The beans I used frozen.

If using fresh beans, it is necessary first to wash, trim ends and cut into pieces 2 – 3cm long. Beans in a pot with boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes.

Onions and mushrooms wash and finely chop.

Fry the onions with 3 tbsp olive oil for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.

Add the boiled beans and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat, leave to cool.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the eggs, salt, ricotta and 30 g of cheese.
