Cooking
Prepare the dough. Mix the flour and yeast.
Add the melted butter, half the eggs (the second half will be needed for lubrication of the rolls), warm milk, salt, sugar.
Knead the dough. Put in a warm place for about an hour and a half.

In a frying pan in small amount of vegetable oil fry the onion, tomato and red pepper, cut into small cubes. Fry for about 3-4 minutes.
Add the meat again to cook for another 4 minutes.
Add the corn, garlic, pressed, salt, pepper. If you want to make the dish truly Mexican, add hot peppers. Stir, remove from heat.
Half an hour later (when the dough rises) to divide it into 8 equal parts.
Each part of the roll out, put the filling.
The edges of the dough to gather in the center, close the pie (as in tat).
Pies put on a baking tray covered with baking paper, seam side down. To put again in a warm place for proofing (30 minutes).
When the cakes will increase in size, brush them with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees until Golden brown (about 20-30 minutes). Look at your oven.
