Banana omelet
Banana omelette... We cook it a little more than a year. So, once caught on the recipe, then added the spices. The taste was balanced. Omelette or pancake, but without flour. I still itself is not sure of the name but absolutely sure that this Breakfast will appeal to both adults sweet tooth and children.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    1 pinch

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • The lime zest

    2 tsp

  • Mint

    1 tsp

Mash the banana with a fork

Add one egg

With a fork whisk in uniform (substantially uniform) mass. Add cinnamon, clove on the tip of a knife, and lime zest

Add a dessert spoon of soy sauce. If the banana you picked, very ripe then you DEFINITELY don'T have to add sugar or honey. Believe me, the finished omelet is very sweet, but not cloying. If the banana is not very ripe, you can add a spoonful of honey.

Heat a good non-stick pan!!! coated with a little vegetable oil. Pour our "dough" and cover!

Cook under the lid for a few minutes. Flip ( very carefully), the dough is delicate and can tear our omelet. When that happens, my daughter calls it scrambled. Is delicious, that's for sure!
