Chicken breast in red sauce
Tender brisket for thrill and not only.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Sweet pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

Mix salt and pepper (powder)

Chicken breast, wash and wet kitchen towel. Wiping the breast with a mixture of pepper and salt and put in a baking dish.

Slice bell pepper and spread on chicken breast.

Chop the onion half rings and chilli, and fry. Add chopped or pressed garlic, and tomato paste.

Add water and bring to boil.

Add sour cream and cream, season with salt and let to boil for very long.

Pour the chicken with sauce (chicken breast and peppers must be covered) and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a preheated 180° oven for 30-40 minutes.
