This straightforward, but no less delicious recipe shared with me neighbor maltina, with whom we bought vegetables at the market. I added the sauce "Teriyaki" with honey from TM "Kikkoman", which is found in the Maltese shop and which has become for me a pleasant novelty and faithful assistant in culinary pursuits.
Considering the hot Maltese climate and abundance of fresh vegetables, this dish is perfect fit in our daily menu.
Typical Maltese coast. Enjoy your travels with your favourite sauce from TM "Kikkoman"!
