Fish sausages
Easy low-fat sausages with two kinds of fish and crab sticks. Sausages are good hot or cold. Convenient to take on a picnic, where they scatter instantly.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    1 piece

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Intestine

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

The fish cut on a clean fillet without skin and bones. Crab sticks cut into cubes.

Fish fillet skip through Mincer, add the crab sticks, eggs, salt, seasoning.

Add the soy sauce and carefully stir the mixture.

Fill the stuffing in the fish intestine. I fill with packing in the meat grinder.

Gut fill and tie with 2 sides.

Then bandage on the desired size of sausage.

Sausage is pierced with a thin needle in 2-3 places, so they do not burst when frying. Bake in the oven at 180-190* 50 min.
