Turkey meat-the perfect base for many dishes. And ground Turkey meat, seasoned with a mixture of grill from the Forester and quickly roasted on the coals is a flavorful and delicious meal for a good company! During our picnic came a cloud with thunderstorm and warm rain, so burgers made of Turkey we enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the antics of the clouds!

Cooking
For this dish, I used ready minced Turkey.
Season the meat with dry seasoning grill from the Forester, grainy mustard, finely-chopped clove of garlic, cut herbs and lemon zest. I added 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix all and add flour, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Stir again mince and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
While the beef is brewing, prepare the sauce. To do this, cut avocado in half, remove the bone and take out the pulp.
In the bowl of a blender put the avocado flesh, sour cream, vegetable oil, salt and black pepper. All whisk until creamy and homogeneous sauce. The sauce is ready remove while in the fridge.
Quickly fry on the grill the bread, prepare the vegetables for serving.
Grease hands with vegetable oil and formed from ground beef 6 burgers. Put some vegetable oil on one side of the burgers and place them on the grill ( I used only one part of the grid, as the pan), installed over prepared coals, then put some butter on top of each Burger. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until done.
Serve the burgers hot. I served this on toasted bread spread a generous portion of avocado dip, then chopped the slices of onion, slices of cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Spread on top of hot Burger and... dinner is served!
