To make amazingly tender, flavorful, juicy meat from the grill, you can use the set for marinating from the Forester. But if you fantasize and make it your additives, this meat is really "music".

Cooking
For the preparation take the kit Forester "Barbecue smoky". The kit comes with a package of marinade and chips of beech wood and alder. The marinade consists of sea salt, dried garlic, coriander, paprika, mustard seeds, marjoram, cinnamon, juniper berries, allspice, black pepper and cumin.
Take the steaks of pork tenderloin with a thickness of about 1.5 cm.
Fill marinade from Forester.
Add sumac, Narsharab (pomegranate syrup), salt. All mix well and put to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Chips advance (30 minutes) soak water.
In the grill, pour the charcoal, ignite, let burn, fall asleep with wet chips.
Take the grill pan from Forester lubricated with a brush oil.
The pan loosely put marinated steaks.
Deep fried with one side of the steaks for 5 minutes, turn over, give fry the other side for another 5 minutes.
For necessary, turn again and bring to readiness. Total cooking time is 12-15 minutes.
