Description
Today SEL baked French bread, and is inspired by the theme, just lay there waiting for my turn to chicken drumsticks and pieces of duck. The recipe came in handy, and I suggest You to have lunch in French without leaving their kitchen.

Cooking
Chicken leg quarters, wash, dry. Duck cut into portions, wash, dry. In a deep saucepan and fry in vegetable oil until brown, about 10 minutes.
The bird spread, and in the same saucepan fry the onions.
Spread onion pieces birds, season with Basil, mint, parsley roots. Salt.
Continuing the fire on medium heat, add the tomatoes, cut into pucks. Spread petals of garlic, pour in wine. Sprinkle with sugar. Simmer for another 15 minutes on low heat.
Served hot in soup plates, serwerowe parsley and mint.
