Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

  • Flour

Cut eggplant and zucchini circles, with a thickness of about 5 mm.
