Fish pie
Why lazy? Because I planned to do with red fish, but was too lazy to bother with the fish and knit in the usual canned. But the taste is not affected at all, it turned out super delicious and went to cheer. You can call it another "Fish manna" - dough with semolina, was a very gentle, airy and delicious. The filling of canned fish, mushrooms and of course cheese ))) Tasty, tender and want more!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Greens

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Mix semolina with sour cream, leave on for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.

Beat eggs, add salt, paprika, mayonnaise, sour cream with semolina, mix well. Enter the sifted flour with the baking powder, pour the batter into the form.

For the filling, onions and mushrooms and fry separately. Cool. Mash the fish with a fork, add the sauteed mushrooms and onions, black pepper, greens by request, I forgot about it.

Boiled egg and grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix.

To fill the egg whisk, add salt, pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, stir, add the flour and again mix well.

On the dough place a layer of fish with mushrooms.

Top - a layer of the cheese-egg filling.

Pour the filling and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

The finished cake to stand in the form for about 10 minutes, then take them out, let stand for 10-15 minutes and you can start cutting.
