Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar, add salt. Melt the butter, cool, add to egg mixture.
In the butter-egg mixture add the carrot juice, zest, spices. Mix well. If you want to get a cupcake beautiful yellowish hue, add to the dough a little turmeric.
Pear peel, remove core, grate on a coarse grater, squeeze. To spread the dough, to perimasali.
In mass sift the flour with the baking powder. Quickly whip. I used baking powder TM Dr. Oetker. The dough should drain freely from the spoon.
