Spicy pear cake
A piece of tender spiced cake... mmm... What else do you need for a delicious tea with the family on a winter evening?! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Carrot juice

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Topping pastry

    0.5 pack

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar, add salt. Melt the butter, cool, add to egg mixture.

In the butter-egg mixture add the carrot juice, zest, spices. Mix well. If you want to get a cupcake beautiful yellowish hue, add to the dough a little turmeric.

Pear peel, remove core, grate on a coarse grater, squeeze. To spread the dough, to perimasali.
