Millet porridge is incredibly useful, with mushrooms and vegetables very tasty! Hearty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 cup

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

Boil millet in salted water, a convenient way for you. I boiled in a slow cooker on the "Rice"

Onions carrots garlic to clean. The rest of the vegetables to be washed.

Cut into cubes tomato, eggplant, zucchini, onion, garlic, carrots into strips.

Pour in a pan with sunflower oil.

Sauté the vegetables until fully cooked. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Mushrooms cut into slices and fry in sunflower oil. Season with salt to taste.

Fried mushrooms put in bowl.

Then in a bowl ready to put millet porridge. Well compacted. Flip over on plate, vegetables to spread around the porridge and garnish with greens and serve.
