Meatloaf with mozzarella
Delicious, juicy and very beautiful meatloaf in a Mediterranean style. In the spring bright and colorful!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Mozzarella

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Black olives

    2 handful

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Thyme

Cooking

Onion, olives, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and bell pepper finely cut. With sprigs of thyme remove the leaves.

Mix the minced meat and sliced products.

Add the egg, yogurt and paprika. Knead the minced meat.
