Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

Sour cream mix with sugar, egg and vanilla sugar.

Then enter the butter and coffee dissolved in water.

Add flour and baking powder, mix thoroughly with a whisk.

A muffin tin filled with dough in to the middle. In the center put a berry jam. Fill in the form dough slightly before reaching the edge. Bake at 180° in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
