Pie Mac and cheese
Delicious cake with soft filling of Mac and cheese with the addition of semolina Semolina from the Mistral. Prepare this cake for the holiday!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    105 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    230 ml

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Mac

    60 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

Cooking

In a bowl sift flour, add sugar and butter.

Grind into crumbs. 2/3 of the crumbs to put in a detachable form for baking (I have a shape diameter 18 cm).

For the filling, bring the milk to a boil, add butter, sugar, semolina the semolina and to cook on slow fire for 3-4 minutes.

Add the poppy seeds, cover and leave for 10 minutes. Then poppy filling to cool.

Cheese to combine with the vanilla, egg and add to the poppy filling, stir until uniform mass. If you want stuffing, you can add more sugar.

Spread the filling in the form.

On poppy filling spread jam, spread evenly over surface of cake.

Sprinkle the remaining crumbs and poppy seeds.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Bon appetit!
