Shrimp
Tiger prawns in soy sauce. Delicate and beautiful dish.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    5 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 sprig

  • Spices

  • Shrimp

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

Here are the shrimp we need. Gave me 5 lbs. wonderful "tigress" caught. One weighs about 150g peeled.

To remove the head, feet and armor, which is removed very easily. Rinse well. If you have already cleaned shrimp, skip this step.

Of lemon and orange squeeze juice, dill finely chopped. Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Shrimp and season with salt and pepper, pour the marinade, leave in the cold for 1 hour, turning in the marinade.

Bow (I have a little red), cut into half rings or quarter rings, bell pepper arbitrarily, finely chop the garlic.

In a preheated Rast. oil to fry shrimp over medium heat on each side for about 2-5 minutes, depending on size of shrimp.

Shrimp folded into a suitable dish, cover, and let warm. In this same pan in the remaining oil fry the onions and bell pepper, stirring occasionally. Put tomato paste and garlic, then pour the marinade that was left from the shrimp. Add some water (about 100ml or less), sugar, salt and pepper mixture.

As everything is boiling, put the shrimp, more not to interfere, cover and saute for about 5 minutes. The dish is ready. To serve well with rice, baked or grilled vegetables (e.g. zucchini, eggplant).

    Видно, что с фантазия отсутствует напрочь, обозвать так блюдо, кстати зауряднейшее, я бы не позорилась, сейчас куда уже соус киккоман не льют, большого ума не надо.
