Beef in Mandarin sauce - the perfect dish for a Saturday evening when the everyday work behind, the snow and weather with a minus sign, and the house is so warm and cozy. Elegant combination of meat and citrus in the dish is a great complement to soy sauce and the chili sauce gives the dish a sharpness and poignancy.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Mandarin

    5 piece

  • Jam apricot

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Sesame

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beef wash, dry and cut into thin slices. Mix soy sauce with starch and pour over meat, stir and leave for 30 minutes.

From tangerines and squeeze the juice, add apricot jam, chili sauce (the spicy), red wine vinegar and stir.

Garlic and ginger to chop.

In a pan heat the oil, put the meat and fry over moderately-high heat 6-7 minutes. To shift to the dish.

Again, heat the oil and fry the garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the tangerine sauce and cook at a moderate boil, until the sauce begins to thicken.

Return the meat to the pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes over moderate heat. The finished dish sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
