Cooking
To cook noodles: the Eggs, lightly beat with salt, add the flour;
Knead a smooth dough that does not stick to hands, put the dough in a bag and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
From the dough cut a small piece, roll well in flour and, using Lapsha mill, then, roll out the dough into thin strips; Rolled strips liberally sprinkle flour, a little dry (5-7 minutes) on the table;
Cut into noodles and hang to dry for any suitable stick;
What is not immediately useful - well dried and put into the package.
Rabbit cut into pieces, fry on high heat on both sides;
Pour water, bring to boil, add pepper, grated onion, grated carrot and soy sauce;
Cover and simmer 40 minutes on low heat;
Put in soup noodles (2-3 handfuls), avocado, cherry tomatoes, bring to low simmer and cook another 3-4 minutes;
The dish is ready to cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes;
Serve hot with greens and onions!
