Scrambled eggs with Mexican blend
Nothing more. Delicious, hearty, great.

Ingredients

  • Assorted vegetable

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

Cooking

Mexican mixture is poured into a deep frying pan with heated oil. Salt, add spices if necessary. Fry until cooked.

Eggs mixed with milk. Salt.

Pour vegetables into egg mixture and put on top of slices of tomato. Cover with a lid.

When the egg mixture hardens on the top, flip the omelet (I make this using a flat dish). Cook for another 3-5 minutes.

The finished omelet to shift on a dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
