Cooking
Chicken drumsticks rinse and dry with paper towel. The legs add the soy sauce, vegetable oil and spices (salt, sugar, pepper, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, cumin and garlic powder).
Carefully stir to let the spices fully covered the drumsticks and place in refrigerator to marinate for several hours, preferably overnight.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
In one plate mix grated cheese, breadcrumbs and corn flour (if flour is not, can grind in a coffee grinder corn grits). In another bowl, beat the eggs, slightly beat them with a fork, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chicken legs first, carefully dip in eggs and then roll in mixture of cheese, flour and breadcrumbs. Spread on a baking sheet.
Cook in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30 minutes. I cooked in the convection oven, so the crust turns out on both sides.
