Pork with apples
Well, not all to make Apple pie... you Can make pork with apples. Imagine simple and quick way to treat yourself, family and guests.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 piece

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Mustard

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

1. Wash the neck, cut it a La carte. Important!!! not to cross through!!! Apples my and with skin cut into slices.

2. Put in foil. The outside and inside of each piece to apply the mustard, salt. In each "pocket" put the apples, the rest round the perimeter.

3. Pepper (I used a mixture of different peppers) and cover with a foil. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours.

4. Put in oven at 180-190°C and bake for 1.5-2 hours. It turns out pork is spicy, sour and very soft it's NOT DRY!!!
