Oat cake
Unusual and useful pie - oatmeal and black currants, which I dearly love) is done simply and quickly. Enjoy a taste!)

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    85 g

  • Flour

    45 g

  • Black currants

    2 handful

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Egg whisk in a solid foam with sugar, pours servings of oatmeal and wheat flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Gently stir with a mixer on low speed or whisk. Should be viscous, homogeneous dough.

Added to the batter black currants, stir.

Form grease with vegetable oil, pour the dough.

Bake our cake for 20-30 minutes at 160-170 degrees (check the readiness with a toothpick). When serving, cut into portions and pour condensed milk. Enjoy your drink!)
