My perfect cupcake with pumpkin!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    4 g

  • Soda

    2 g

  • Vegetable oil

    68 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Ginger

    1 pinch

Cooking

To prepare products to the test. Pumpkin pre-boil or bake.

Soak raisins in water.

Whites beat with a mixer.

Add yolks, beat again.

Add the pumpkin puree, sugar (I used sugar TM Mistral), baking soda, salt and spices and beat for 8-10 minutes on medium speed. Gradually add the vegetable oil.

Flour mixed with baking powder and sift.

Add flour mixture all at once, stir to combine.

With raisins to drain the water, dry on a towel.

Add the raisins to the batter and mix.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the form of a thin layer of oil. Put the dough in the form. Bake for 50-60 minutes

The finished cake leave for a few minutes, then place on the grill and fully cool.
