Slices of Turkey breast cooked in Italian
This dish is very simple and quickly prepared from the pulp of Turkey, chicken or other pieces-"scraps" of meat in a very tasty sauce, in a very short time. To tell stories for a long time I will not go and try... the Result is this recipe, I just conquered the speed, simplicity and deliciousness! Loved it all, from small to large.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • The creme fraiche

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Meat (flesh) cut into small pieces-strips along the grain or to use "trimming", to roll in flour. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

On a hot frying pan, heat a good vegetable oil and fry on all sides for a few minutes "trimming" of meat, add a sprig of sage and fry all together until it will turn brown the meat.

Add the tomatoes cut in pieces (can be canned, can fresh, peeled). Add the onion and garlic and fry everything together until the vegetables are soft.

Sauce. To connect tomato puree - 6 tbsp (I substituted 3,5 tbsp tomato paste + water, stir, puree) with creme fraiche (very thick sour cream), oregano

Add sauce to meat, add salt to taste, add a little more oregano

And Bay leaf. Simmer under a lid for approx. 10 min., stopping several times.

Served with pasta or rice.
