Goulash
There are many variations on the theme of Goulash. I want to share with you the recipe for this dish, which is popular among the Germans.

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Allspice

  • Tomato paste

  • Paprika sweet

  • Cumin

  • Lemon peel

  • Semi-dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Broth

    750 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp
