This recipe is perfect for those who are not fried, but really want meat with smoke. It turns out very tasty, I hope somebody can use this idea!!! Sorry for the photo quality, had to use my phone.

Cooking
In forcemeat add the egg, pepper and soy sauce, Kikkoman. Mix well.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Lay on a double sheet of foil and season with salt (I still lay inside a baking sheet so the potatoes from sticking to foil, but it must be well hidden under the foil, but it will burn). From stuffing to sculpt chop and put on the potatoes.
All the envelopes (we got 7 pieces) buried in hot coals. Distribute on top of chips, they will light up from the coals. Cook for 30 minutes.
