Delicate clafoutis with cherries
Easy to prepare and very delicate dessert

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cherry

    1500 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Prepared all the necessary ingredients.

In a large bowl, whip whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until receiving air mass (peaks).

Add yolks and again beat.

Gradually add flour and baking powder and whisk again.

In the mixture pour in milk and whisk until a homogeneous mass.

Lubricate the form of oil (from the fridge), sprinkled with semolina and lay out fresh cherries (pitted).

Pour the cherries with the mixture (dough) and put in preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake 50 minutes (middle baked through longer), be guided by your oven.
