Chocolate cake with cereal and strawberries

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    120 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.3 tsp

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Strawberry

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar.

Add honey, mix well.

Add the eggs and whisk.

Sour cream stir soda.

Sour cream add in the dough.

In the pie I used flakes of TM Mistral.

Mix flour, oats, cocoa, baking powder.

Pour in the batter, mix well.

Put the dough in the form (if not silicone grease). On top lay the slices of strawberries (5-7 PCs). Bake at 180 C for 35-40 minutes. The finished pie to decorate as desired. I have made custard and strawberries.
