Casserole with quinoa, mushrooms and peppers
Serve this casserole can be hot as a main dish or cold as a snack. Quinoa, previously unknown to me cereal that was a revelation for me. Quinoa - the product included in the top 20 healthiest foods in the world. I offer You a very tasty and healthy casserole.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    1 cup

  • Pepper

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Greens

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

For cooking casseroles use Quinoa TM "Mistral". Cook quinoa in salted water in the ratio 1:2 for 20 min. until quinoa has absorbed all the moisture. Cool.
