Rhubarb pie
Oh, and rhubarb we have enough! So I suggest to bake a pie with these delicious stalks. Try!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Rhubarb

    250 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Prepare the products.

In a Cup sift both types of flour. Add salt, baking powder, butter. Measure out and add the required amount of sugar. I used cane sugar TM "Mistral".

Use a fork to grind the ingredients.

Add the yogurt (I got strawberry) and egg.

Knead the dough.

Cut the rhubarb stems, separating them from the coarse fibers.

Roll out the dough into a round cake. Spread on a baking sheet.

On the dough spread chopped rhubarb, not reaching the edges of the pellet 2-3cm.

In Cup, mix sugar and starch.

Sprinkle this mixture to the rhubarb.

Raise and semipaved the edge of the cake, leaving the center of the pie open.

Put the baking sheet with the pie into the preheated oven.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
