The cupcake on the brine
Cupcake made in brine canned cucumbers with the tomatoes. The brine sweet and sour and a little spicy, with vinegar. Lean cake. Great dessert on fasting days.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Brine

    70 ml

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl pour oil, brine, put sugar, vanilla sugar. Stir.

Soda quench in brine, that there is a vinegar.

Sift flour. Well all whisk combine.

Add sunflower seeds and cranberries.

I picked up the silicone form D-20 cm, wet it and laid out the dough. Put in the preheated oven for 30 minutes with t-180 C. after about 15 Minutes, covered the top with foil. Be guided by your oven.

Got this beauty. The cake was allowed to cool and turned it over on a plate.
