Delicious balls of buckwheat stuffed with fish fillet. Hearty and very nutritious dinner.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cracker

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Fish fillets

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Cabbage leaf

    1 piece

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Salt

Cooking

Buckwheat should be pre-boil in salted water until tender. Buckwheat allow to cool and add the egg, mix well.

Add in the buckwheat, crushed into crumbs cracker.

Fish fillet boil in salted water with added Basil, salt, Bay leaf. Ready fillets to cool, then cut into pieces and add mayonnaise and pepper.

Buckwheat mass to form balls, put inside the fish filling. Warn that buckwheat is difficult to make a ball, but it turned out to be possible)) On a baking sheet, put the cabbage leaves, spread them on buckwheat balls.
