Fritters with raspberry jelly
Muffins baked in the form of hearts, with raspberry jelly will be an original dessert for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 ml

  • Salt

    0.25 ml

  • Jam

  • Raspberry

    250 g

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Gelatin

    10 g

Thawed raspberries and crushed with a blender, RUB through a sieve.

Raspberry juice combine the sugar and gelatin soaked in water. All warmed in a water bath until dissolved gelatin.
