This recipe is from the magazine "Liza&q uot; caught my attention the unusual use of sorrel. Since usually it is used in soups and pies. Hat from the sorrel gives the fish a pleasant acidity and a piquant new taste. Offer 30 minutes to cook a delicious dish, good for health and figure.

Ingredients

We will prepare all products - 2 bunches of fresh sorrel, the parsley, the garlic clove, onion (finely chopped), capers, mustard and filet of red fish (cut into portions). The oven to turn on to warm up. Basmati rice cooked very quickly, so we put warm water and bags of rice we cook in parallel with the fried fish.

Onion and chopped garlic fry until soft with 1 tbsp oil. In the bowl of a blender combine the chopped leaves of sorrel, capers, a handful of parsley, add 1-2 tbsp oil and break in a puréed mush. Fish RUB with salt and pepper to taste.

To the mass of oxalic add the mustard, grated cheese, fried onions. Mix it all together.

Form for baking lay parchment, put the fish and grease it with a mixture of oxalic. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at t 200 gr. At the end you can sprinkle with grated cheese.

While fish is baking, cook rice according to instructions on the package. Basmati rice will be ready in 12 minutes.
