Necessary ingredients for pancakes. Instead of goat cheese you can use Adygei or other according to your taste.
Add baking powder, flour, salt and pepper.
Cheese mash with a fork, add to the dough and mix.
The batter should be thick.
In a pan, add oil and cook tortillas on both sides.
These cakes are very well combined with tomato sauce. For the tomato sauce chop the garlic and fry it for two minutes in butter.
Scald the tomatoes, remove the skins, mash and add to garlic.
Add salt, Cayenne pepper, paprika and simmer 15 minutes until thick.
