Cooking
In the serum, add salt and sugar, beat the egg and stir well with a whisk. Pour the sifted flour and knead a smooth dough. Let stand for half an hour, add soda water and whisk. Then add oil "Oleyna" and stir again. Bake thin pancakes.
For the filling, wash the spinach and dry well. Cut into large strips only the leaves no stems. Mix ricotta with sour cream, salt to taste, add the paprika and a little chilli.
Stir with spinach until smooth.
