Pancakes with two toppings
Delicious pancakes stuffed with liver, eggs and cheese. Very tasty! Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

To prepare the dough: whisk milk with eggs, salt and sugar. Gradually pour the sifted flour lastly add the sunflower oil.
