Pasta a La can be washed down with sausages and vegetables
Dish of Spanish cuisine. Cooked very quickly, by the method of preparation is reminiscent of paella or fideua. Recipe from Cocina facil magazine.

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli

  • Sausages

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Pepper green

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Artichoke

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

The products that we need. Prepare everything in advance. Artichokes cleaned and cut into 6 pieces each (I have frozen). Peel and cut into cubes the rest of the vegetables. Garlic cut into slices.

Take the largest frying pan available, so nothing fell out :) Heat a little oil and fry the garlic and onion,

Then add the other vegetables – carrots

Potatoes

Pepper green and red

Artichoke, all fry.

Sausages cut into slices, add to pan and fry until it will turn brown.

Add vermicelli and fry a little too.

Add the grated tomato, tomato sauce, Bay leaf, cloves, herbes de Provence.

Boil water, pour into the pan, add salt and pepper. Cook 7 – 9 minutes.

When serving you can add herbs, also goes well with a green salad.
